We, Anahy, Ona, Justerine and Daniel, made our circuit in 12 stacion. I was the secretary, Ona was the computer technician, Justerine was the speaker, Anahy was the P.E. inventor and Daniel was the coordinator.
We put music, the type of music we used was to helped them to had more energy or to be active in the excercises.
I, Ona and Anahy, we demostrated to how to do correctly each excercises.
We decided to name the group: The high energy. We did the routines with partners. And the duration was 40 seconds each exercises and 10 seconds of break time. We did 2 times of each exercises.
-Justerine, Ona and Daniel watched the students if they were doing correctly and they assisted them too. -Anahy played the music and took the time, ans she also said if they needed t changed the activity. - And I recorded and taking photos to do the activity. And I watched ans assisted them too. To do the exercises, we needed to used 15 mats, 4 elastic bands, 3 tennis ball and a fitball.
We did 4 diferents types of exercises: -1: Arm Excercises: the important muscles in this excercises are biceps and triceps.
-2: Gluteus exercises: gluteal muscles are the important muscle in this excercise. It consist gluteus minimus, medius and maximus. -3: Abs excercises: in this excercises we use our abdominal. Base on my research, it can keep your torso in a more stable position whenever you move or playing sport. And it can’t prevent and control lowerback pain. -4: Shoulder exercises: the important muslce is rotator cuff as well as deltoid muscle. Shoulder excercise will estabilize the shoulder joint, helping you avoid injuries. -5: Legs exercises: the important muscle is quadriceps refers to a group of four muscles on the front of the thigh that are responsible for straightening your knee.
